The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was part of a large family that included athletes. Although her father worked as a bodybuilder, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before, such as softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha earned her professional card through winning the NPC USA Championships 2014. When she started to compete she did so in the year the year 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete in the 9th place race. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place finish. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2016 and 2015 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. WOS Rising Phoenix took place in the year 2000, where she finished the fourth position. But, the "World's strongest mother" was forced to stop bodybuilding for health-related motives.
